Okay...so, you might be asking what is "Operation VK house"...well that is Operation Velda Kay House...that is the name of the street our house if being built on...not my favorite mind you...but, that is why we call it VK. The journey is on it's way...we received our permit yesterday. They had flattened the land or leveled...so that our house would be straight. They started putting the forms up for the foundation yesterday so that we could see where our house is going to be...but then...the RAIN came!! And boy did it rain...like 3 1/2 inches of rain...so needless to say, they had to stop and really can't start again until it dries out. Danny said that that would probably be Thursday...but, I looked on weather.com and it shows more rain...so, I know that we need rain...but, if you think about it pray for some dryness until our framing gets put up!
Praise the Lord though...it is starting!!
